but then, i think they're concentrating on BT's because thats like 99% of where people download from, and where its easy to get information on their ips to get tracked.
for http downloads, they have to personally track your personal ip to know what you're doing. which is unlikely.
but BT, all the people downloading, u can see their ips. -

like what 1 analysis said, go to court and fight, even if odex won, the compensation awarded maybe won't even be the 5k amount they're demanding for damages.
and odex has to spend more time and money to fight the case which doesn't make it worthwhile for them. -

The latest case was apparently done by someone very good with the knife...and done elsewhere, then put at west coast on display. Sicko beings are amongst us...another reason not to have kids!
