Actually, there are many cases of animal abuse that aren't reported, bec generally, most people don't care about animals much. Like the case of a cat who was believed to be kept in some kind of cage, and then get thrown with darts all over his body. The cat was subsequently rescued.

I always remind my chinchilla she so ho mia, eat well, sleep well, got so many people serving her hand and foot. Not like the poor stray cats everytime kena abused. Still so fussy about her food somemore
