I generally expect kids to be rowdy and playful, so i'm quite tolerant, unless their noise gets too high for my liking, or they start pulling my leg hair..
or something its usually fine by me.

i expect a mall to be free of children screaming at the top of their lungs...

there was a time at Queensway MRT Station, when getting out of the gates, a young boy (about 10 years old) in uniform just suddenly stare at me, and mumble "NBCB, women bla bla bla...". did I ever mention that more than 10 years ago while watching a live wrestling event at ringside at the indoor stadium, there was this stupid kid repeatedly running across the front row screaming and making noise.
I quickly stuck out my foot while he was running and tripped him and quickly withdrew my foot. Neither he nor his parents ever found out who tripped him, causing him to smash his face onto the concrete floor and suffering a bloody nose(probably broken as well). I supposed this was child abuse but hey, I was young and hotheaded then. -

library i agree, but its the parents job t eduate.
bookshop also, to the kids, the world is their playground, the parents must teach em.
etc etc.
its the parents that needs to teach em. -
both do not see anything wrong as long as the result is achieved...
