Went down to LC Foodcourt Katong for Nasi Lemak and kopi with my old men bikers and got home around midnight.
Woke up early again this morning, but took my time getting out of bed.
Even manage to bring the DVD player & a electric hotpot to the office, along with some other things I need to give/sell away so I can make it easier to move into the utility room end this week.
The latest I need to move into my utility room is the 28th of this month. And I still need to finish the drilling, puttying and the painting of the walls and ceilings.
I am getting ambitious.....I am now thinking of painting the whole kitchen

And my tenant already contracted the 3rd tenant. A 4th tenant should be on her way in October...once the gals settle into their routine for my bathroom.
Very garang.......tenant sort of sub letting the room at $460/- to the other gal....including internet & furniture though.
Was counting in my head....I think I need to go find 2 more beds & a wardrobe for them. -

the 2nd tenant is actually a really nice young lady doing her master in business admin in Sg.
1st tenant sort of is bullying the 2nd gal.
And if I am not wrong. The 1st gal wanted my fathers bigger super single bed with that single bed pull out once she move into my room.
So that most likely mean that the 2nd tenant will have to sleep on that pull out bed while the original bed is left for the 3rd & 4th tenant.
Kinda not nice leh....2nd tenant is really really sweet. I kinda prefer her to sleep on a proper bed. -

Besides, like I said, I've tested it, and it works like a charm now. It's certainly a lot faster, quieter and more reliable than my #@$*@ Canon inkjet printer which has been malfunctioning for quite some time now. -

As long as the gals are happy.
I leave it up to the 1st tenant to sort out the electric bills and the conservancy bills.
Plus...she also has a deadline now to clear out the stuffs in my living room.
