I think all gyms have similar activities. The good thing about this gym I go to is for women only. Then got safety video viewing from 2 to 4pm.
Followed by a lecture (more like a tutorial really) from 4 to 6pm.

Hi Mousey! Dad's alright. He's rolling around on his new wheelchair. His heel didn't heal. Doc found out that the top of his foot also crashed in. Totally fractured, ripping the muscles there.
