If you're coming from ECP, you can turn to Marine Parade Road make a U turn at the roundabout, then turn left immediately into a slip road and left turn into the carpark at paramount hotel.

I think a lot of people dun remember that pacnet has a horrible history many years back. It's billing/finance dept was a shambles and suscribers were getting lawyer's letters for outstanding amounts of like 3 dollars!!!!!. techinical support and customer service were also the pits. Why do you think they from market leader become almost non-exisitent in the local ISP market? Ask anybody in their 30s and they'll probably remember -
