  There was one western food restaurant at Sembawang where they used to serve heavenly Strawberry milkshakes (I must have 2 at least glasses), but the restaurant has been taken over by someone else...
  
  I think the original owner has shifted to the Seletar Base and renamed it Sunset Grill. Hmm...pretty exotic to have dinner at ex-military base huh.......
  
  I still yet to have the chance to try...and dunno are they there still...
