We didn't hang around to look.
Anyway it was ok when we were there but the crowd when we left was

Are you sure it was the cold and gas bills that caused the couple to move back to CA, and not, say, the acute absence of anything remotely interesting to see and do in IA?
(Okay, I'm exaggerating a little. I spent 3 years in IA before moving to MN, and did find the pace of life there outside of academia to be refreshingly relaxed.) -

I just found out yesterday that is the best place for me to buy work pants in Singapore
You know how the cutting are like most places
They are for girls who have no butt and hips.
I usually have to buy a very large size to get it past my hips and then send it for alteration coz I have too much cloth at the waist

And I helped a customer today who just moved here from Seattle. The man asked me if it was always this hot in the summer. The a/c he needed was sold out. The poor guy.
Personally, if I could afford it, I would move to No Cal. But not when the average price of a tract home is $1.2 mil -
