I got a nasel spray
And 1 antihistamine that does not cause drowsiness and 1 that does for the night
Hopefully I can sleep at night so that I won't be jet lagged -

Thanks to my migraine last night, I went to bed early at 9pm.
Then I woke up at 11pm... and I couldn't get back to sleep. So I ended up flipping through some of my notes - since I couldn't sleep, I might as well do some low-key revision.
I only managed to sleep again at 1.30 am.

went to true yoga yesterday.
sign for $139/ month for 2 years.
am planning for long term already I guess.
did the hot yoga, but they do a lot more variations then actual yoga. and my old injuries really made it difficult to maintain some poses.
Guess i will have to start easy with therapy & gentle yoga. -

me got knee cap injury...so cannot do the tree pose...."TIMBER",,,and I am the only in the class....toppled over! -

Okay.... I just called my former supervisor.
Basket.... 2 1/2 weeks after first diagnosing the pay problem, they still haven't fully accounted for what I'm supposed to get and what I'm supposed to pay back!
At least now I'm assured that they're taking positive steps to account for every cent. I made it absolutely clear to them that I would only return the money to them, and even then only after they had completely accounted for every cent.
I think I must have scared the crap out of them when I told them that I had gotten legal advice from a friend of a friend who's a lawyer (which I really did).
And yeah.... the lawyer made it clear to me that I should only deal directly with my former employers than with the boy who got underpaid. -
