Went to Honjin 2 months plus ago, they serve us top grade Salmon Belly Sashmi (maybe my uncle kaki is the regular), I was so pampered.... I think that I had 5 plates of it...The sushi chef must be thinking, I am a starving child!

MPB and I prepare it at home
and we don't like to pour the egg into the soup
It taste better if you dip the cooked stuff into the raw egg
I had the Black Hokkien Mee for Lunch and Prawn Rolls
It was shared
My boss exclaimed,"I can smell the sweet smell of lard"
Btw he is banned from unhealthy food after his bypass but he heck care -

yes yes,,the beaten egg in a bowl, I always dip the cooked food from the broth into it the eggy before putting into my mouth, especially the beef, soft and tender...

When we have our sukiyaki at home
We buy lots of beef and mushrooms and cabbage and we usually use up about 3 eggs for dipping
Not to mention the tang hoon which is superb with sukiyaki too -

Just go to the supermarket and buy the bottle sukiyaki broth
Then you add water if you think the broth is too thick
It's like chicken stock like that ma
All you need is the pot and ingredients
I need to add that both of us love to eat spring onions too so we usually have lots with our sukiyaki -
hmm...oki..tonight i run to the AMK Hub NTUC and see if they have the broth mixture...

A person is believed to have fallen onto the train tracks along the East-West line, near Tampines MRT station, said a witness.
The westbound train was travelling from Boon Lay to Pasir Ris.
A witness at the scene told straitstimes.com that authorities are now trying to recover the body, which is believed to be underneath the train.
The incident caused a disruption in service along the East-West line. The westbound service has also been suspended.
The victim's gender and other information are not confirmed as yet.
