So busy!
Extra virgin oil is best used in salads and as dips for breads
It's a waste to use them even for stir frying
Just normal olive oil will do for cooking -
here's a tip you can try ....
if you have good bread, make a dip from extra virgin olive oil and sweet BLACK vinegar .....
trust me .... it's shiokalicious .....

tell u guys a secret,
during yoga lessons yesterday nite, it's almost the end of the lesson when we have to do the lotus stance, i fell on bums and let out one big loud fart....
luckily my lovely instructor immediately says, "now everyone can lie down and close your eyes and rest and do the breathing exercise".... and that prevented me from bursting out loud laughter cos I can see the pple beside me gave me the horror look....
so, we continue the breathing exercise....I put a towel on my face and was trying not to laugh too loud..!!

Eh...what is sweet black vinegar? What brand? I only have Zhejiang black vinegar to make hot and sour soup. -
