we found our missing trolley.. the $&(#ers in the tech side stole it
i really mean STOLE it
the bastards crudely erased our markings on it and kept it in their storeroom.. some of the supplies fellas saw it and reported it to us, and our guys went over and took it back...
bloody heck! it's just fricken trolley.. if you need one, just ask the supplies fellas to get one for you!!
wtf? stealing our trolley, and attempting to erase our markings on it!!
we've used permanent markers and wrote our division initials all over it now.. erasing them will make a mess of the whole trolley and it'll be identified immediately..
still cannot get over this.. stealing a bloody trolley!! -

So I became late!
So in the end, showered there, ate breakfast at golden shoe carpark.

Its pure ginger juice with some sugar and hot water.
They really extract the juice from the ginger.

I was drenched in the rain coming to work yesterday morning, and I had a mug of it and I was perfectly fine the whole 24 hours! -
thankfully, I've booked the late night yoga session for today.
So even if I didnt make it for the 7am one....I still got a 9pm session.
I really need the stretching....but I need to work on my left knee more.
Its really weak. They suggested weight and resistance training to pull the knee up to notch. Not just brisk walking and swimming....but more gym session.
I see it as a method to extract more $$$ out of me so I taichi that off me by telling them I really got too much things on my plate right now.
But still....they did managed to really show me, that my left knee is weak.
Plus last night....ah sir ask me to do my IPPT...and I cant find my previous medical papers in my pile of junk anymore and most likely cant get exempted. At least will have to do partial IPPT for this and next year.
i need the exercise. -

I am so thankful, that all those burning of papers and joss sticks days is finally over as of this morning.
And thankfully it rained this morning, cos it brings all those particles and dust floating in the air down.
am suppose to have vegetarian today cos its 1st lunar day...but i had breakfast of beehoon, kwayteow with a sunny side up egg and a fish cake.
and 2 glasses of cool sourplum orange peel drink.

Woohoo! Went to the grocery section of the local SuperTarget discount retailer and scored 40 tins of Starkist tuna at 9 cents each, for a grand total of $3.60.
(In case you're wondering, the regular price at ST for a 5.5 oz. tin of Starkist tuna is 59 cents, but ST has a web coupon that knocks 50 cents off that price, and there's no limit on the number of tins you can buy with that coupon!)
Hmm.... just looked at the coupon and noticed it expires on Sept. 29. Guess I'll be making a few more trips back to stock up on 9 cents/tin tuna.
Can you tell I like tuna?
