They want more Chinese maOriginally posted by jetta:Isn't the government imposing some kind of quota on foreign labour? My mum told me that the unit below our flat in Sg has been rented out to six Chinamen and they are as loud as heck. The narrow corridor is now bike parking. Thank goodness they live below us and not above.
Must be something in the MN terrain, poor thing. I've been lucky so far *touch wood*. All I suffer from is a sheer dislike for the cold. I hate having layers of clothes on.Originally posted by Meia Gisborn:Welcome to the club...
I never had allergies growing up in Singapore. Didn't have any when I lived in Iowa.
Then, within a few months of moving to Minnesota, I started having them with a vengeance. I'm allergy-free during the winter months, but once the vegetation starts sprouting during the other three seasons, I can't remain outdoors without my allergy medication.
Ragweed season is currently in full swing, and I'm not having a good time at all.
