  bad back = slipped disc..
  
  and if it's screwed, i'm out for the count.. can't move properly at all anymore..

  it's hilarious..the part when the wife was cheating with his ex-husband and the mist of doing it, they got "stuck", all because of a piercing.
  
  ..worse, their daughter is stood next to their hospital bed (still stucked in their positions) while the doctors trying to untangle them.

  Sadly I can't chat anymore. I have to get ready for work. The weather men say today will be another scorcher so I have to prepare myself to do battle with a/c customers again. Can you believe it if I were to tell you that customers who paid for an a/c install last week have cancelled because we've had a week of cool weather?

  I gain weight as easily as I lose it.
  
  My weight actually fluctuated from 53kg at the start of BMT to 66kg after my Medic Spec course. And I ORDed at a weight of 61kg... which I've more or less maintained.
  
  Anyway, I'm now 63 kg. I think I can expect to drop to sub-60kg this fasting month.
  
  But the most important to remember is that the fasting month is a lot more than just about hunger, thirst and losing weight.... a lot of it also has to do with personal self-reflection and being closer to God.
