i was travelling on TPE last week and there was a fatal accident involving just one bike.
i have no idea what the rider hit. a wind wall?
and its one of those class 2b bikes on the 1st lane.
its about time they put rules so that small bikes don't ride on the dotted line between the 1st and 2nd lane! -

I mean, no one is expecting them to climb a rope up a tonner or anything. And there are steps and a short ladder to allow you to get in easily.
Even with my heavy and bulky medical manpack, it's still not at all difficult for me to load up the tonner. And it helps when there are people inside willing to pull me in. -
