But at least must understand litigation and how the courts work. We can pay quite well, but cannot afford to babysit too much.
Either must understand how corporate litigation works or at least understand insurance matters, most commonly on accidents claims.
Both positions are kinda different and we pay differently so I am not sure how to quote. The company rather has the tendency to pay for the experience and abilities then to set down a ceiling as to what the person should draw as a market rate.
Qualifications wise, as long as can understand, commn in english cos the company has a international mix of employees. We are talking Phillipinoes, Myanmars & the mix mash of us chinese, malays & indians. -

I drink earl grey in cafes.
I make my own ice green tea at home.
I used to make lots of ice lemon tea untill my friend complained that its not sweet enough and I stopped and instead made green tea.
i drink green tea or jasmine chinese tea in office.
and i treat myself or family with ginseng mix tea or make the pandan tea with 'te kwuan yin'. -

Dun you find OSK green tea taste quite siap siap (got tannin taste)? Maybe it varies according to the packaging.
