recently the national library has sent out lotsa letters asking for fines.
cause it was reported that they're owed 5.4mil worth of unpaid fines.
1 forum guy even had a book he doesn't remember cause it was from 1998.

yah.. I agree. If you lost the book.. then you have to pay for it.
Just don't like the way they don't accept cash. Its so inconvenient.
Sometimes I just want to pay for my renewal fee of 50cents.. or $2.. must use an EZ link card!! And cannot accept those giro-Ez link card!!

I'd like to ask you guys.... do you guys use Skype?
And when you use Skype, do you buy Skype handsets or just use a microphone and earphones?
I tried using the latter just now.... the quality was terrible.
