  I wonder if he/she has a stake in it or its just some self-perpetuating cycle where some one convinces another its ingenious and then being an authority on that issue gets the pple under him/her to go on and maybe try and convicne other colleagues. afterall given an alright concept i guess if you spread it widely enough you would get at least not bad support.......
