But you might want to tell them that a lot of their agents are gansters, ruffians, ah bengs, liars cheats etc
I've a good mind to go rant at our MPs about this and make them tighten up the laws governing en-bloc sales procedures.
There should be a minimum waiting period (6 months or longer) before the sales committee is allowed to try again after an earlier attempt at getting a CSA fails.
Oh, and multiple sales commitees competing against each other should also not be allowed
And members of the management committee which controls the sinking funds for maintenance/upgrading should NOT be allowed on sales committees -
