finish war with my nb warehouse boy who refused to work as a team.
Boss from UK instructed us to assist to get one big shipment out. the warehouse boy refused to do more work and it's only 2.20pm then..
me and the other 2 boys managed to pack the thousand of CDs and shipped them out..(faster than we thought).
he lan lan hid at one corner and stares at us.
yet other days, he tried to suck up to our boss and tell our boss he is the most hardworking and spontaneous one...pooi !!!!
i detest double standard suckers! -

And yes, its usually the lazy sods who suck up and tell others how hardworking/capable they are -

and it's driving him up the wall because we're also doing a lot of nonsensical BS work
i shared what av's management told him before.. that evaluation will not be done on your core duties.. you could be totally incompetent at that but still be promoted and graded very well simply by belonging and doing a lot of rubbish work for the stuff which is NOT your core duties
he looked even more distraught after that

basically the guy thinks he is high and almighty and told us that he dun take orders from anyone except boss, even he knows that i am in charge when my uk colleagues not here.... moreover, the shipment is a direct call from UK, calling us to assist to get them out asap...(imagine, the 2 other boys packed their ass out, and sweat like a pig.. sayang both of them)..
let him be lor....none of us talking to him...from today onwards.. -
