  the boss just gave us even more work.. and in the same breath told me to schedule my leave...
  
  i told her that with all these things, and the project which caused everything to be in flux, how am i going to plan my leave?
  
  she seemed to pretend to not hear me...
  
  am pissed off... the more work doesn't have a fixed date, will be in December...
  
  and worse, she has her eye on another thing we don't have to do but she wants done.. also in December...
  
  can tell us "fix your leave in December" some more...
  
  then came out of the meeting room... got a call from colleague who was in this section about one of the projects.. the one which i was asked to give comments for and was shot down each time.. she's wondering wtf?? what the hell is the writeup so over-the-top... i told her each time i protested that it was over-the-top, i got shot down...
  
  i think my boss has gone about 20 miles over the edge..

  I think the sales commitee is trying to wear people down by repeatedly trying for a new CSa after previous failure.
  
  I'm now waiting for them to knock on my door and I'm really going to give it to them.

  a highly disturbing statistic on en-blocs in s'pore so far:
  
  Since 1 January 2005, a total of 3,700 private residential units have been issued Strata Titles Board orders for collective sale. When redeveloped, there will be 8,303 new units.
  
  or we can look at it from another angle, chances of oversupply very high if the foreigners dun come and settle down as the gahmen hopes

  i look at the size of the places we have to live now, i worry about the later generation as they are continually being squeezed into smaller and smaller areas...
  
  btw, the powers will think this is a wonderful statistic because it allows them to change the numbers so that they can accomodate 6.5million 'easily'

  its a good thing, then more middle income pple will have chance to own condos and such, assuming and hoping that there a price crash.

  what I think will happen eventually is that even foreigners will leave in droves because of out of control cost of living and we will be left with a huge oversupply and then a huge property crash.
