i decide to not go Pilate..(my hands are aching from helping packing at the warehouse)...
I'll go exercise on Sunday...Full day regime...run, use the eqpt, fitball (bounce bounce bounce), Pilate...and then go grocery shopping at AMK Hub !!!
should burn some calories! -

the instructor is making me do harder and harder movements

and I love the huge gym ball..
That was once it bouced off my legs (supposed to grip it with both thighs, and we were lying on the floor) and the big ball hit another fellow exercise kaki on the head and it bounce off to other side of the room......I quick tip toe and run zig zag across everyone to claim back my ball.....so embrassing...
i am sure the guys and gals in the room must be cursing me... -

hah...tmr go gym from 5.30 till 6.30pm...quick bath and rush to Daughtry showcase by 7.15pm @ St James PowerStation. Shows starts at 7.30pm..
I should be able to SQUEEZE IN to the VIP area (to join my colleagues) with the help of my ex-working kakis there.. -
