  Depends lah. In one job, my boss was so nice, that he agreed to be my reference even before I got the new job. That was the one and only time when my current boss became my reference (or referee??).

  Me and some others was forced to sign off whatever crappy, non user friendly specially tailored for us to use softward crap.......just because some Azz Oles says we should. And it was his pet project who 5 years now......is still in storage somewhere and we paid off $30,000/- for it.

  Yay.... I have done it!!! Had a very good chat with my project manager.... at least it gave me a good opportunity to clear up any misunderstanding we have. I believe in leaving in good term.
  
  So I will be saying good bye in 4 weeks from today after being with the company for 3 years. But will be nice for a change of environment.

  Raffles Place, especially the underground on top of the mRT, known as Raffles Exchange is choke full of stalls selling mooncakes.
  
  From Starbucks, to meritus Mandarin to dunno what else hotels.
