If she wasn't going to listen to even her own family, the cops had every right to use whatever means necessary to stop her. In my opinion of course.
The cops had no access to her medical history obviously. How they know they'd end up killing her?

and the problem with tasers is that you need to be able to maintain contact with the perp for a few seconds minimum for the thing to work, not like in TV shows liddat, touch once and the person knock out liao
I think that's why the female cop ended up having to try 9 times -

remember... for all the complaints and all that, think about the Australian passport..
it costs A$200 for a 32 page and A$300 for a 64 page passport... they hope to process it within 10 working days and after that, they will then send it for your collection..
my friend got his after waiting 2 months from application..

In other news...
... the lab officers were shocked when I asked them if they could order 48 litres of industrial-grade glycerine for my FYP experiments.
I have since lowered the amount to 40 litres... I can't go down any further. The test fluid that I need to use must have a freakin' high viscosity.
