have to be.. lots of people try to bully my staff.. and i will never ever stand for that... so if i'm duty officer, i'm the terror of the place to those who try to do such things to my staff

i still don't understand why the passport is not valid 6 months before its not valid. but i guess its international ruels and we can't change it

you gotta ask ICAO about this...
anyway, what the people before me said this: if the country is trying to play the citizen out, they can say that the passport is not valid anymore and therefore the guy is not a citizen... the country which let the guy in is now, under international law, responsible for the guy..

today, i've had 2 meetings, had to sell an idea to my dy director, kena my brain damaged from listening to the boss...
am now waiting for some asswipe to come collect some stuff..
