Waa...the new office cleaner auntie is so good...she voluntarily wipes the doors, cupboards and copier, etc. when all I'd asked her to do was to wipe the meeting room table. She's old and she's a FT...but so thorough in her work compared to the young chaps.

Yeah, the cleaners are one of the most disenfranchised ppl around...all bec. their companies will bid a very low price just to get the job contract, after which the boss will cut their salaries just to make up for the shortfall.
