  i like this show.. it's R Lee Emery doing Mail Call on History Channel... he's answering questions of people who write in to ask questions about things in the armed forces, mostly the USMC
  
  he's one of my fave 'actors' who doesn't really act.. he's just being himself
  
  being a real Gunnery Sgt in the USMC, he was cast as a Gunny in Full Metal Jacket as... a drill sergeant
  
  he should have won an award for that

  Gotta design a new part which I didn't know was needed.

  Was helping my warehouse guys to do stocktake..
  
  using a lot of yoga poses...stretching, bend down, warrior pose, tree pose, dog pose (if there is one)...to reach bend and check the CD titles..
