one of friend bought me a "YI TIAO GEN" = one lean stick? ( name a bit erhh....). -
i ran out.. still got a crapload of Ben Gay and other rub on stuff.. but it's hard to rub the stuff on the back

I prefer Salonpas Gel.
I remember using lots of it back during BMT when my joints and muscles simply couldn't take the sudden surge of continuous physical exertion.
Never apply it just prior to taking a shower, though. -
probably the same thing.. main ingredients = menthol and methyl salicylate
