  on Oct 26, it'll open bet ECP to PIE only
  
  ECP side is in bet Benjamin Sheares Bridge and Fort Rd exit... PIE one is right aft Kallang Way exit (To Changi) or together with Kallang Bahru/ Bendemeer Rd exit (To Jurong)
