but if we take the appliacant's point of view, you go there and do it to get the job. the main/ultimate purpose is to get the job offer, not to help the employer see if you are suitable.
Best is to be yourself when you answer those questions.
Besides.. the test is not the only thing they are basing their decision on.. still got other factors. So even if you fit 100% of the personality test.. you fail the interview round.. what's the point? -

me too.. last year..
expressway jam due to rain.. and came to a standstill.. so i'm stationery..
suddenly, i hear a screech and bang.. a motorcyclist hit me and fell over.. i was more worried for him than the car.. he was more worried for the car than himself
i wanted to bring him to the hospital but he didn't want to.. i said to not ride like a maniac and nevermind whatever damage (there wasn't any.. just some scratches).. made sure he was all right again, and he rode off...

Talking about motorcyclist.. reminds me of an accident I witnessed couple of years back..
The motorcyclist was travelling along the road. There was a car stopped in the middle of the road waiting to turn right into a small lane. But the motorcycle did not stop. He just carried on until he hit the car and he flew across the car and landed right in front of the car!!!
I don't know what happened after that because I was travelling in a car and could not stop.. but from afar I did see the motorcyclist sit up ...
Duno what happened to that guy.. must be deep in thots or watsoever..

the car was right in front of the motorcyclist.. you cannot account for people who are not going to stop..
talking about it, today, someone almost drove into me.. he kept trying to cut into my lane but not paying attention at all.. i was right beside him and he can still come closer and closer..
so i horned and his car lurched right..
