  Harro peeps. Sounds like everyone is feeling ho. I just got home from work. Piangz, don't talk about Singaporeans being kiasu. I deal with kiasu Americans day in and day out. Just as I was leaving work I picked up a call from a past customer of mine. She was asking me to sell her a microhood for the sole purpose of installing it over her range just so that she can see if she'll like it or not. If she doesn't like it, she'll return it back in it's box and doesn't want me to charge her the 15% restock fee. Piangz, how can I do that? How can I sell the returned product as new to another customer? How can I be sure that you're not going to use the product, etc? Wah... you know what she said to me? She said, "We've always bought from your company. No more. If we could return the appliances we bought from you last month, we would. How can you treat good customers this way?"
