Tickets for seats on the plane have been auctioned online for charity since August 27.
The airline said the first batches of closed bids over the weekend fetched more than US$400,000 from the 102 seats sold.
The highest bid for single seats in the Economy Class was US$5,000.
For Business Class, it was US$8,303 and for the Suites, US$20,800.
Bidding for the Singapore-Sydney leg ends this week.
Auctioning for the Sydney-Singapore sector will start from September 4 and end on September 10.
