yeah.. that one, actually quite easy to make.. but the ingredients..
a mixture of mozerella, cheddar and parmesan
a can of cream of mushroom with a whole lot of chopped up mushroom in it..
cayenne pepper to dust over after it's toasted..
bread..

Have anyone heard of Dolphin Steak House & Restaurant at Genting Lane?
It serves really good western food, especially their mushroom soup...
the place is very old and unique style...homely country style...
and it is in an industry bldg..
wonder if it is still there...
