btw, this is also why I refuse to help deliverymen when they send stuff to my place.
More than one occasion when there's a shitload of heavy stuff and only 1 frail old man unable to cope by himself(this happens more often than you'd expect), I call up the poor guy's supervisor and fuck the person over the phone and make them send more manpower
