the NCOs do everything.. the occifers do the same except they are not allowed to drive so no license..
in other words, the NCOs actually know more than the occifers..
i think for Class 5 vehicles, you need a reason to go get or something.. anyway, since i'll not have access to those types of vehicles, i'll not

Like turning left, it might cut into the righter lane or vice versa
