morning, i had a dough fritter + black coffee with low sugar for breakfast...
between breakfast and lunch i had a mug of earl grey tea (no sugar)
lunch i had bittergourd/szechuan veggie/pork rib soup + 1/3 bowl of rice and lime juice
between lunch and dinner i had 2 mugs of earl grey tea (no sugar)
dinner i had fish/tofu/salted veggies soup and a minute amount of rice...
must... keep... on... diet...
