not nice to eat at all and overpriced..
and the ooo-hir is striped mullet... very nice to eat when just steamed and eaten with teochew fermented bean/chilli/lime dip -

Flat headed freshwater fish...usually steamed with salted vegetable and eaten dipped in vinegar.

marine mullet is yummy...
