  the thing about Oh Hir, is that they have really cute faces..... until their heads kenna cut off, but since usually steamed with head on, its very aesthetic to eat.

  the first time i've heard a fish being described as earnest

  I like to eat dory aka iridescent shark
  It's a fresh water fish too
  But hor must be good quality one if not the flesh will be too watery

  i find dory flesh a bit ... soft
  
  i like fish that have very firm flesh... like .. ikan batu, ikan kembong, ikan selar, the 'chicken fish' i dunno wat they call that... got big bones one...
