I like soyabeans leh. I grew up eating LOADS of it cos my grandma hawker stall next to soyabean milk stall.
Soybeans ar the ones really good for health are the fermented ones
It is still ok to drink soymilk and tofu but dun take in large quantities la coz it is true that soybeans contain alot of anti-nutrients and hormones

the other day on radio, a lady called up to complain about her kid's teacher
apparently her kid (primary 2) like to volunteer to answer questions in class,
then the teacher told her "why u lift up ur hand? Want everyone to smell your smelly,showoff armpit issit?"
... and I was like.. :O :O :O
I mean even if you feel the kid is showing off (she's P2 for goodness sake), there must be a better way to handle it than that! -

though houses are way cheaper than in Singapore, people here sign up for 40 year mortgages cos the high taxes eat away most of the income ...
I realized that this is not where I want to be ....
I don't want to be just another cog working 8 to 5 for a paycheck, going through life, getting married, having lots of little fatums (okie, I like the last two bits) ... retiring, and dying ....
I want more than that from life ... -

I dont think everyone can find super meaningful, super interesting jobs (then who will be photostat ladies to help me photostat my notes?) but I am sure you can find a job that is interesting and meaningful TO YOU at the very least

teachers no good leh..
nowadays they are asked to do so much bullshit that is not even related to their work which is teach.
and instead it is the tuition teachers who are the one doing the real teaching. -

they complain about their days, they dislike the kids
and it trickles all the way down to their teaching
and it isn't simply that they do 'little good'
but that they do more harm than whatever 'little good' they can contribute. -
