Mine's for Orange Duck and I think MPB wants to try cooking your braised duck again -
braised duck easy to cook.. only the preparation and the actual work involved is terrible
the other, assam ribs is also easy...

before i go off.. true story from my sister's office in Melbourne..
one guy, bored outta his brains, decided to call the suicide help line...
he called up and guess what? he was transferred to some kinda call centre in Pakistan!
the help line was outsourced!!
so, this guy (remember, he's bored outta his brains) decides to complain that he was going to end it all because his whole unit was outsourced to a Pakistani company
but here comes the chilling thing... the Pakistani helpline fella asked him if he could fly a plane....
that freaked him out so much he hung up...
