Healthy dinner today
Ginseng chicken, Stir-fried Dou Miao with our home grown bellpeppers and chilli with lots of garlic and raw celery and cherry tomatoes and a slice of wholemeal bread
i've got many house plants and 'cos my house face west, the plants grow very well.
i'll say....it sure sounds like a healthy meal. now with sonny in rez, i usually cook one dish meal or steam fish n a veggie. lazy lah. -

i'm not much of a fish person. one day at the chinese grocers, i bought a live green bass and had the guy clean it. i put the dead fish in my basket. then, walking down the isle, the supposingly dead fish jumped/flipped whatever u wanna call it, i threw the basket away. the other shoppers/onlookers looked at me and laughed.
they could have send it to montreal's "just for laughs" -

erm, u r one up on me. i don't even water them. like your MPB, my hub is the one with the green thumbs too.
wow....impressive. well, we r not going to plant chillies next summer. maybe we will try herbs. but then again, i don't know how to cook ang moh jiak ley.
