  on the way home, i was listening to the news on the BBC... seems like the guy who would be PM in Australia is in for a hard time after someone put the clip of him eating his own earwax in youtube

  Rode to work on that tiny little motorcycle. In full face helmet with tinted visor, black v neck low cut short hem (half thigh) dress and a pair of 3 inch high heels.
  
  Took me a total of 3 minutes to get to work compared to that 40 minutes bus ride.
  
  I truly miss riding....and the bike is sooo small.....I always managed to squeeze in between those stopped cars, to the front of the stop line which practically means that I had no traffic jams!!!!

  I flunked shooting.
  
  Was terribly hungry and was a little upset with the results.
  
  From Marksman to blardy fail on both portion of that shooting test.
  
  But anyway managed to find my way home, ate some stuffs fugitively on my bed. Received a call from a sweet young man telling me not to be upset about my results.
  
  (He shot with me before and we were both marksman....to think I failed so horribly....and he saw my shots.....its was all in.....just all over the place......so how can i failed?????)
  
  Anyway, he also reminded me to go wash up, as he was going for his washing up also. the lead is poisonious?
  
  Sweet guy, this is the kind of boys I have no immunity to. Really wanted to pamper him silly.

  Got a parking summon in the morning when I took the bike....
  
  My side there....machiam very over zealous to summon.
  
  Good thing is that I've bought season parking....so I can email them with that parking summon and tells them to buzz off!

  I dunno about you.... but in my opinion, it kinda defeats the purpose of a fire drill to test readiness if you know beforehand that it's gonna happen later.

  you'll be surprised how effective these things are...
  
  you practise, even with prior notice.. and people know what to do in the future if there is a real emergency instead of running around in panic

  I mean, its good to have a fire drill, but its not when you're the fire warden for that particular floor!
  
  Plus... its quite badly coordinated ... my previous workplace was so much better. And had to learn fire fighting for different types of fires.. quite interesting actually.

  i'm the assistant fire warden for my office.. i have to herd the other 2 people in my section to the evacuation area and account for them

  talked about fire drill, we had so many alarm test that when there was an alarm, everyone stayed rooted on the chair and waited for the first person to spring into action. Once there was an alarm and we all remain rooted. but one colleague of mine sprang into action. she pulled her pregant colleague and began to run. All of us saw and laughed. fortunately it was a false alarm.
  
  Although we all laughed, we felt heart warming that she did not just thought about herself only but her pregant colleague too.

  I love fire drill when I was with the SAF...
  
  it's hilarious....all bor-chap at MINDEF...until the Hd announced that WE ARE ALL DEAD ....we are too slow....
  
  we packed all our "marked xxxx " file, locked the cabinets, slowly stroll down the stairs with the "big shots"...and finally go canteen, sort of unaccountable liao..
