  my leave on wednesday is shot...
  
  i have to come up with the effing paper by 12 noon MONDAY... when the boss told the vendors to give us a final writeup by 12 noon MONDAY...
  
  this is because the boss has to go drag her blimp of a mother to the hospital (seems that none of her siblings does it.. dunno if it's just her being a maniac control freak) on tuesday afternoon...
  
  which leaves wednesday where i have to go do my physio.. somehow... and then go back to the office..
  
  thursday is a public holiday..
  
  the deputy director is on leave on friday until her return on 16th...
  
  if she recommends the bloody paper on wednesday, it'll be fine.. if not, there's only a window on 16th to get it to the big boss for approval.. because he'll be on leave from 19th until 3rd Dec...
  
  i'll have a look at the thing this weekend.. my weekend to rest is also shot..
  
  oh well.. let's see how things go...
  
  p.s. i'll still be at the makan session on wednesday, come hell or high water...

  I will collecting my cammy and lenses from Nikon Hospital (service centre), then come meet u+zora....maybe about 6plus...

  Wow.... even when my dad sends me to school in his taxi with normal traffic conditions, it takes thirty minutes to reach Kent Ridge from Marine Parade.

  Did I ever mention that my office has a law pupil?
  
  he is a damn smart boy of 25 years old. And he is cute too.
  
  He has really good strong comments from top bozzes and I really always have a lot of fun just listening him talk sometimes.

  The other secretary came back from Melbourne with lots of Chocolates Sweets for the office. And specifically, she brought a bag of roasted macadamia nuts for the pupil.
  
  The 'office manager' was lamenting about how she wanted the nuts but not the chocolates which we have access to....(Actually, she wanted the roast nuts, but the pupil isnt sharing )......
  
  So the pupil 'cute-ly' suggested that he will lick the chocolates off any nut covered chocolate and give to her.
  
  I was laughing till my stomach cramped at the horrified expression of the 'office manager'.
  
  of course.....this didnt go unpunished.....the pupil was 'poked verbally' lots of times after this on other issues.

  Anyway, dont say I never tried to at least keep a decent working relationship with the office manager.
  
  I was cold to her, but when she suddenly asked for one of us to call the dispatch and get him to come back office to take some more stuffs. She was busy.
  
  I replied that I will sms him.
  
  But after I said that, lift up the office handphone to sms. She went and pick up the office phone and called the dispatch guy.
  
  Anyway, I continued and sent the sms myself, but frankly, cant be borthered with such petty a gal.

  Katong Shopping Centre is filled with shops that allow you to print documents from the thumb drive
  
  I believe they allow internet too
