It was in the news that some of the topics covered in Parliment included the decreasing birthrate and if women should be allowed to have babies out of wedlock.

again, the counter-intuitive thing is that the population MUST decrease.. but it's the correct thing...
the gabraments in the world KNOW it.. but it would mean that the "economy" as we know it must change...

actually ... so many babies in the world, maybe they should encourage adoption.
it is strange how adoption is so 'rare' now but during our grandparents time it is very common sometimes for uncles or other people to help by adopting someone else kids to adulthood if their own parents can't handle. -

On one hand, the government always tell us that stats are not every thing. Yet their actions and what they say evidently point otherwise. -
the gahbrahmen is also very afraid that there are going to be lots of old people with no children to be responsible for looking after them. hence becoming a burden to them.
