NB, today private clinic also kena wait nearly 3 hours
but...the good news is that I had my blood pressure checked and it has gone from borderline ok to healthy. How the fuck did that happen? -

What I do is I go down take the number and go home then ask them to call me when it's time to go down -

i bought a loaf of gardenia fruit and nut loaf and had it in the fridge since thurs.
So today, bring that loaf of bread into the office. I am now munching on possibly my 5th slice of that bread since this morn.
Its half bitten in my mouth while I am typing with both hands. (Like a puppy.)
My colleugue, the more tolerable auntie joked with me.
