Last Tuesday, I wanted to get a copy of my academic transcripts.
I was passed from office to office in my faculty before I was finally pointed to the Student Services Office a distance down the road.
I went there.... only to be told that I had to apply for it online.
So I applied for it online.
Then I was sent an email this morning, saying that it was ready for collection.
Then when I went down to collect the transcripts, they told me that it was not yet ready for collection and that I would have to wait till Tuesday.
