but sit down and rest....i am oki liao..and continue climbing..
so dunno if sitting on train and kana altitude changes, i can adapt or not..

we did our 11day India to the ulu places...oso use the guidebook, sign and hand language..cos the ulu places, only a handful of locals speak simple english..

My net connection is crappy! I have a string of off days next week. My manager so nice, gave me 3 days off without my asking. How did she know I need to start baking for Christmas? 
Each year I bake several kinds of cookies and send them to friends and family. That kitchen forum I told you about? I organise the Annual Christmas Cookie Exchange. Since I'm mailing to Europe, I have to mail by mid Nov or I'll have to pay higher postage. -

I spent the last two hours working on my term paper on the kinematics of fish motion.
Frankly speaking, I find it pretty disconcerting when I learnt what fluid dynamicists and biologists did in the past to study fish motion.... among other things they did things like amputating the fins of sharks and forcing them to swim without their fins.
I recognize that their experimental findings have been instrumental in furthering our knowledge in this subject.... but I still can't get past the thought that animals had to be tortured in the process. -
