sometimes, this stupid Staff Suggestions thing is hazardous to people
there's this ongoing fight between a director and a senior manager.. it's a turf war.. about some signs put up which look fricken idiotic..
the director who manages the infrastructure wants it down
the senior manager whose message is on the fugly sign wants it there..
and some asswipe comes and writes a suggestion that i go get a vendor to design a nicer sign
we want the bloody signs taken down and this idiot wants a 'nicer sign'
now, what the hell am i supposed to do as a decision maker without pissing off someone -
lots of people were going "YUCK" at the terrifying food thing..
but i think i'd eat it
