even the port seems to be going under construction.

but the thais are investing these infrastructure for a reason ... these investments are a reaction ...
*hint ... I know a geologist here who've made 4 month long trips to thailand in the past year ....
the political situation is still uncertain ... so things may fizzle out in the end ... but it's just a matter of time I think ... money put down in pattaya is smart money ... -

about thailand, we have two temasek JC attachment at our firm this week.
one of the gals was telling about how her classmates was made to return to bangkok because his mother was frightened about the riots that is going on.
apparently.....thais are unhappy that temasek holdings are buying over Thaksin's stuffs to liquidate himself. -

got a question about the term "ballpark"
i've heard of "ballpark figures" (e.g. give me some ballpark figures)
but when i was checking in my lugguage at the airport, i heard this lady saying "she gave me a ballpark on what it is" and she kept repeating the word "ballpark" and using it in that manner.
i was wondering if it was meant to be used that way -

effing boss takes the vendors on a tour of the effing building and i have to tag along.. and somewhen in there, my back started to hurt..
the boss is dead worried right now.. told me to take the day off tomorrow...
i wonder if i can because of a whole lot of work still undone...
i think the boss is off her rocker, stupid, senile and totally off her rocker.. -
