  You could go to one of those geomancers who will count ba zi and give you some options to choose from (compatible words with the right number of bi hua, elements, etc) - at a price . Others let someone senior e.g. grandpa and better with chinese do the honor. Or just go with what you like.
  
  I leave the chinese name to the SO, he plays a lot of san guo games (Romance of 3 Kingdom) so I tell him to just whack a nice sounding one

  Lingzhi has very nice vegetarian food...and interesting ingredients like lotus petals...all done up very nicely. And I must remember to revisit a place I hadn't gone for years....Miao Yi at Coronation plaza.

  they're okay roasted or grilled.. and if you have them once every few weeks.. but every day... boiled to a horrid yukky texture...
